    Hello @mrbambocha,

    Greetings for the day!

You can add GTM tracking script to Cartflows pages to track conversion through GTM. You can add the google tag manager script from the custom script section on the step setting OR from the Flow Settings -> Custom scripts section.

    Please see this screenshot:https://d.pr/i/FlCXib

I hope this helps you. Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Hello @mrbambocha,

Were you able to switch the CartFlows template type to ‘default’? This adjustment will enable your theme’s header and footer to appear on the CartFlows pages.

As mentioned in the previous thread you mentioned, the process is outlined quite clearly. The Google Tag Manager (GTM) code needs to be integrated into the header or footer. However, please remember that if you don’t activate the header and footer on your CartFlows page, the GTM code might not function as expected. This is a crucial step to ensure the proper operation of your tracking.

    Hello @mrbambocha,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
    Thank you!
