display problems after updating PhotoGallery

the plugin display issue seems to only happen on laptops, not on smartphones..

Yes, the issue seems to be still happening right now, but not all the time, especially on private browsing from a laptop or desk computer, using chrome or firefox for instance..

Thank you for confirming that. We’re sorry for the trouble.
This problem might be a conflict with another plugin on your website. Do you recall installing a plugin or changing an option in your theme lately?
Please try to deactivate the rest of your plugins and check the issue. See whether the problem persists then as well.
Also, if possible, please temporarily switch the theme of your website and see if the issue occurs.
You can re-activate the plugins and change the theme back again after troubleshooting.
Please inform us of the results.

I just finished some updates and the issue is still appearing sometimes, on one browser or another.. I haven’t turned off some plugins yet. I’m using WPRocket among others. I will try to recheck during the day

Hello,
As new updates for plugins come along, it seems that the previous issue is still displaying sometimes ..
Meanwhile, it seems that some galleries are displaying the Alt/Title when hovering over some image, while others don’t.
As I see it, it looks like the hovering issue is happening in a Gutemberg editing configuration, while everything looks fine under Elementor editor..
Any idea how to fix that? Please see:

Please navigate to shortcode options, and select Show image title as Show on hover. See the following gif.

Don’t you want all your galleries to show the Alt/Title when hovering over the images? If yes, then I have provided instructions, on how to enable it.

Yes I do, but unfortunately this hovering over feature does not seem to work on all galleries! For example, that feature is not showing right now on a Mac laptop / Firefox for this post:

And for what I know, the PhotoGallery plugin is not displaying my gallery at all under Firefox for this post right now!

Maybe this is in conflict with WPRocket, I shall try to investigate on that matter. Meanwhile, please let me know if you have answers to provide me here.

Yes, it might be an issue related to WP Rocket. Have you tried to deactivate it or disable our plugin from it? As regards the hovering, please check the shortcode options and make sure that the option is enabled, please check my message above on that.

My “hovering over” text option is definitely ON, and as I already explained above, everything displays fine on some galleries, and on some others it does not.
I will look into disabling PhotoGallery from WPRocket
