Job has started, but not responded for 10 seconds – alt cron white screen

    hi there, i’ve looked at your documentation & contacted hosting support. alternate cron does complete the job, but I get a white screen so can’t see what’s going on. if i navigate away from that screen & back to it – i do see the progress bar etc. ever come across that before, or any ideas?

    Please show me your server configuration by go to BackWPUp -> Settings -> Infomation -> and press “Get debug info”
