The admin bar disappears when activating this plugin.

    For admins as well.

Wouldn’t it be better if it appeared for the administrators, it’s a real inconvenience

  • Hello @yukiko-kawa,

We regret to inform you that with the default functionalities of the Vendor Dashboard, only the content available in the old vendor dashboard can be accessed.

To ensure a more streamlined and efficient experience for vendors, we designed the Dokan Vendor Dashboard plugin with certain limitations. The main focus was to avoid unnecessary CSS dependencies and maintain a clean interface.

Currently, the Vendor Dashboard plugin offers dashboard-specific information, which is essential for vendors to manage their stores effectively.

I hope this information will be helpful.

    Thanks!

I’m talking about the classic wordpress ADMIN BAR, and the fact that it is not displayed on all pages to the site admin.
    This is a problem.
Am I the only one who can’t see the admin bar?

    Hello @yukiko-kawa ,

I have some interest in gaining more certainty about the specific page in question. It would be really helpful if you could provide more details about which page you are referring to. Whenever the admin navigates to the admin dashboard, it should be easy to locate the admin bar across all tabs of the dashboard. Could you kindly share any references or documentation related to this issue? If possible, sharing a screenshot using SNIPBOARD.IO would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks!

    Disable plugin

    Normal sidebar admin on top

    ACTIVE PLUGIN

Strangely, only with the plugin active does the bar disappear.
I also tried with another free theme, the problem persists.

I tried disabling all plugins, without

    Hi @yukiko-kawa

It looks like there might be a conflict between the Dokan and the site theme or another plugin. To troubleshoot this, please try the below-described steps.

    • Please deactivate all plugins except the Dokan, Dokan Vendor Dashboard, and WooCommerce.

If the above method doesn’t resolve your problem, go for the next.

    • Switched to any default theme like Twenty Twenty or Storefront.
    • Clear your site cache as well as the browser cache and try the process again.

You can follow this third-party article to trace the conflict.

If the problem gets resolved, it can be said that there’s a conflicting theme or plugin on your site.

I hope the information will help.

    Thanks!

    sorry, vacation time.

anyway i deactivated everything, only dokan woocomerce.
and I activated the theme: Twenty Twenty-Two Version: 1.4 , also tried Twenty Sixteen Version: 2.9

The problem persists, as well as having the sidebar bar.. which gets messed up above the rest of the graphics.

with Twenty theme Twenty Twenty-Two Version: 1.4 is unusable with default settings…
