No statistics showing up

Hello,

thanks for this great plugin/product!

Apperently it stopped working until March. Thats when an update of the plugin broke the whole page (it seems to be a specific ionos webhosting problem). Since I found no way to get it back to work, I followed some steps to roll back to a previous version of the Plugin (4.12.). This does not crash the site, but also no statistics are shown. The system diagnosis report seems to be fine. I tried with disabled plugins and cleared cache. Nothing changed.

I’ve the same setup (theme, plugins and so on) running on a different domain, but there everything is working fine.

Someone who can help? Thank you very much in advance!
