Customizer – Not Working

  • Hi. I am having troubles with my customizer not working for the WP theme I purchased. My goal is to redo a website from scratch but whenever I open up the customizer tab, it shows my existing old site. How do I get the new theme to show up under customizer so I can start creating?

    ?For your above-given query, you can use a wp-reset plugin to reset your site and start from, scratch
    but before that, you need to backup your data, or else your data will be lost.
