you have already completed the course

  • Hi, I have searched this issue but as far as I can see all of the settings are correct.

    I am unable to retake a test after completion. I get the error:
    “You have already finished the course of this quiz”

    However, under course settings I have set:
    block content: both Unchecked so no blocking after course duration and no block the course after student has finished the course.

    Under quiz settings: retake is set to -1.

    Is there anything I am missing?

    Any advice?

    Hi,

    Please try to switch to the default WordPress theme and disable each plugin to check firts. Maybe have a conflict so the JS can’t work normally.
