Waitlist Submission being blocked by your Spam tool

    We use the WooCommerce Waitlist Plugin for our products. And after installing Cleantalk it looks like your tool is blocking all submissions for people wanting to be added to the Waitlist for a specific item. How can I block this form from being monitored.     I know I can add Field Name Exclusions, just not sure which field name to target for this.

    Hello.

    There are two ways to solve this.

    1. You can set the Set cookies option to Off in the Anti-Spam plugin settings and after that clear website and server cache. After that please let us know, and we will test the web form. Unfortunately, in some cases, it won’t work.
    2. You can add the value wcwl_email to the Field exclusions. This will exclude this web form from checking. Here is the guide: https://cleantalk.org/help/exclusion-from-anti-spam-checking#WordPress

    I tried setting several field exclusions to bypass the Waitlist Field and as of yesterday it is still blocking it. I assume that maybe I am targeting the wrong field, but not sure what else to try as I targeted the field that your spam tool was returning too. See here: https://app.screencast.com/sus3IgOOI8wZ5
