in mobile app it not working

    working fine in desktop and web browsers in mobile, but my mobile app got error Web page not found.

    the webpage at whatsup://send/?phone=918606113335&text&type=phoe_number&app_absent=0

    could not be loaded because

    net:ERR_UNKNOWN_URL_SCHEME

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,

    From plugin settings
    ‘Click to Chat’ – ‘URL Structure’ at ‘mobile’ please select ‘WhatsApp://’ and regenerate the app and test.

    I’m having the same problem and did what you said and it still isn’t working. Please tell me if there is a fix. It works fine on desktop, but not on mobile.

    Hi @redseaconnections

    If it is not working on the mobile app, Please change the URL structure to WhatsApp://, regenerate the app, and test.

    If it’s not working on a mobile device. It might be a cache issue; please clear the cache and test.
