    Hi @manigtvr

The last update 2.2.0 could, under certain circumstances, result in the reported behavior. I’m seeing two options to potentially work around this problem:
You could either downgrade the plugin to the?previous version 2.1.0, or you could install?this test version?which includes?the proposed fix, which will be part of the next update.

Feedback about how this test version works for you would be highly appreciated.

Also, to ease the process of populating the WooCommerce order with the customer shipping information for orders that already encountered this problem, you could perform the following steps:

    • Open the WooCommerce order with the missing billing/shipping details
    • Click on the pen icon next to the billing details
    • As a payment method, select PayPal from the dropdown menu
    • The transaction id should already be populated as the the PayPal order meta should be present
    • After saving this change, the PayPal transaction ID should be linked in the top left corner of the WooCommerce order
    • From this link, you can directly open the PayPal dashboard with the order and copy the shipping details to the WC order
    • Unfortunately, PayPal does not save the billing details, so getting hands on these is not so easy when Logging was not enabled in the plugin

    I hope this helps!

    Kind regards,
    Niklas

Hi, I am experiencing similar issues. Only on Paypal and so far only from Safari users.

I will downgrade and watch out for any more issues.

I’m also experiencing this issue since the 2.2.0 update. Until the problem is fixed, I have downgraded to version 2.1.0.

We have downgraded to version 2.1.0. now the issue is fixed.

    Thanks for the team

    Hi @manigtvr

    Thank you for the feedback.

Downgrading to version 2.1.0 is the safest option for now to avoid the reported problem.

However, we are still seeking feedback about the test version,?which includes?the proposed fix that is going to be part of the next update.
Feedback on this experimental test version would be invaluable to us, as it would help confirm its effectiveness given the inconsistent nature of the issue.
So while we hope the fix resolves the issue, we would appreciate it if you could give the test version a try, e.g. on a separate staging site (which could be created with the WP STAGING plugin), given you found a way to reproduce the issue on your site.

Alternatively, a new pre-release version of the next update will be available on GitHub within the coming days.

    Thanks!

    Kind regards,
    Niklas
