Paypal payments staying on pending status

    Hi

    For the last couple of months payments coming through the paypal gateway are staying at pending status.

    Have checked with paypal who say the gateway code needs updating – the charitable plugin is up to date.

    Could you suggest what to check to solve this problem please?

    Thanks for reaching out. Not sure on what exactly “gateway code” is referring to but it sounds like this has something to with your IPN since we have had customers using PayPal with the latest version with no issues for some time.
