Loading JS and CSS only when the form is in the footer or in widget

    I have read in the documents of the official Contact Form 7 page that you can load the JS and CSS only in the pages where the forms are through code, but does anyone know how to do something similar when the forms are in the footer or in some widget?, thanks.
