    Hi,

I have a number of Printful T-shirts with multiple colors pushed to my WooCommerce store. When I click on the product page, there is a drop-down with color names. There are also mockup images of all the colors. But the two are not linked in any way, so it is unclear which color name goes with which image, especially if there are multiple shades–such as blues or grays that have names that are not obvious.

When I look at the variations in the WooCommerce store (under Variable Product), the correct image is there for each color. Why aren’t they linked somehow in the customer view? Do I need another plugin for this?

    Thanks from a newbie.

  • Hey! Esther from Printful here.
The most common issue for this can be your server. In this case, you’ll need to contact the host directly to solve this problem.

Actually, the solution was much simpler (in case it helps someone else). You have to choose both color and size (or all attributes, whatever they are) to see the correct mockup.

This is a bit annoying. Wonder if developers could address this, in the case where all sizes have the same mockup?

I guess I may add a note to the page telling customers to select size first.
