    Hello there,

Sorry that you are experiencing some issues.

I can’t login to my account, I can create a support account

What do you mean ? Can you give some details about what is going on?

and parts of the plugin aren’t working

What do you mean by “parts of the plugin aren’t working”? Can you explain a bit further what is going on?

Please note that we recently published a new version of the WP Customer Area main plugin and its add-ons.

Do you use the free base version only or maybe do you also use some add-ons?

If you own some add-ons, you might want to disable automatic updates for WP Customer Area, and follow, instead, our update procedure. The reason behind that is that WP Customer Area’s add-ons need to be updated before the main plugin gets updated, while the main plugin all its add-ons are deactivated, and then you need to update the main plugin.

When we update the full suite, you’ll probably receive notification updates for the add-ons which won’t probably be automatically retrieved, while the main plugin can be automatically updated from the WordPress repository. You’ll then face issues from mismatch versionings.
This is not something you don’t want to happen because we sometimes update some functions related to each others in both the main plugin and its add-ons. If only the main plugin is being updated while active, this might break your site by showing some PHP Fatal errors.

But no worries, you can easily fix that.

    • First, go to https://wp-customerarea.com/my-account and download all add-ons (as they got all updated since the last version, last week)
    • Connect to your FTP and delete WPCA and all of its related add-ons (you won’t get any data loss by doing that)
    • Re-upload all the add-ons, and install the WPCA main plugin.
    • Then activate all the add-ons, then the main plugin.

Do not hesitate to get back to us if anything is still not working.

    Regards.
