Apple payment button not working

    Hi,

    We are facing an issue by using the express checkout Apple pay. While clicking the Apple pay button in the product page, it shows processing and redirecting to the same page with the following error “The Payment request button is not supported in United Arab Emirates because some required fields could not be verified. Please proceed to the checkout page and try again. Billing state / county is a required field, Shipping state or county is a required field ,”. As well as the button is not showing in the checkout page. Please help to find a solution for this.

  • Hey there,

    Some required data appears to be missing, which is causing the error. Could you please let me know if you are adding or modifying the fields in the checkout form via code or by using a plugin? Adding (or removing) required fields could break express checkout functionality if it is not handled properly.

    Otherwise, please activate “Test mode” if you wish me to submit a payment on your site so I can see the error myself to help you. Let me know when you do it.

    Thanks for your reply. I have removed the modification in checkout fields and it is working fine. Other issue is that Apple pay Or Gpay button is not showing in the checkout page except the product page. I have enabled the options in WooCommerce settings. I tried on different forums but could not find a solution to it.

    I can see the express options on the checkout page. Please note that in order for these options to display, there are some device requirements.
