    I don’t have any idea of what does this message “google_sk_service_connection_fail” mean…can someone help me? Thank you!

    @carolinatl Thanks for reaching out. This message can occur if there is something blocking access to the Site Kit service. This could be at host or browser level. So we can determine more on this, please share the following:

    1. Your Site Health information. You can use this form to share privately if preferred. 
    2. When checking the Site Kit dashboard from a Chrome browser incognito window does the same occur? This can help indicate a browser related block.
    3. Do you see any warnings or errors when checking yourSite Health status (Tools > Site Health > Status), which differs from your Site Health information requested above? Such errors may include REST endpoint references.

    @carolinatl Thanks for sharing the information. Could I please ask you to first try running through the troubleshooting steps?here?to see if you still see the error once in troubleshooting mode with just Site Kit active.

    If you still see the issue at this stage could you try going to this URL which will create a temporary WordPress site with Site Kit pre-installed and see if you encounter the same issue on this site when setting it up.
