Gallery thumbnails dont show until I select the product variant then deselect it

    Hi,

    I am loving this plugin so far. However I have a problem, when I open up a page with the gallery, the gallery thumbnails at the bottom of the gallery will only show up when I click the product variant (eg. Color) then deselect it. Is the gallery thumbnails initially not appearing a toggle in my configurations or is this potentially an issue with the plugin?

    Any help would be great.

    Sorry for the inconvenience. Could you please check if you have any default variation set in the single product page? It would be better if you could share the product link with us. So that we could check and troubleshoot the issue from the front end.

    Hi Pulak,

    My website is a staging website so it is not accessible to the public. I do not have any default variations set. I have attached video GIFs of the Gallery thumbnail problem in addition to the product variation configurations as well as the Gallery settings. The thumbnails not displaying on page load is a significant problem so any assistance troubleshooting this would be greatly appreciated. Please let me know if I can provide anything else to assist with the investigation.

    Hi @markk1244,

    Thanks for sharing the Gifs to understand the possible reason behind the issue. We request you to select the ‘Gallery Image Source‘ as ‘Only images uploaded to the product gallery‘. Kindly check the screenshot for a better understanding.

    Let us know if that works or not. Remember to clear the cache while checking.
