• Hi there!

I have properly set up SMTP settings in WP Mail SMTP (with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC). After updating a few plugins, when a form is submitted, submission email is no longer being sent. Confirmation emails are being sent properly but no attempt is made to send a submission email (configured in the Mail tab).

I have restored the website to pre update state and confirmed that everything was working fine before updating the plugins and then mail stopped sending after updating the plugins. No other change was made.

Just to reiterate again – no errors are logged, no attempt to send email is made.

    Plugins updated are:

    • Custom Post Type UI
    • Popup Builder
    • Redirection for Contact Form 7
    • Schema & Structured Data for WP & AMP
    • Site Kit by Google
    • Smush
    • TablePress
    • Wordfence Security

this issues affects all existing and previously working forms in the same way.

    please help troubleshooting this.

    thank you!
