Double Error Notifications, Spinner, and Double E-mail

I have a contact form on three pages, and it’s a problem on each page.
Problem: double Spinner, double error notification, clicking the send button, two emails coming in one click. I hid the Spinners and Notifications through the CSS, but the problem with the double letter didn’t go anywhere.
Activated plugins: Advanced Custom fields PRO, Akeeba Backup CORE for WordPress, W3 Total Cache, TranslatePress – Multilingual, no more plugins. Disconnected all the plugins except Contact Form 7, the problem remained. Moved on to a different theme, no problem. How am I supposed to solve this problem on my theme?
