    Hi, I created a new website and to start testing my new email I have sent a newsletter to my own email which I also use for another site. This email is now marked as bounced. This is the third time this happens, the previous two times were emails sent from the domain that it belongs to. Could you please ‘unbounce’ my email. Thanks,

    Thanks for reaching out!

    We add an email address to the known bounce list when we try to send an email to this address several times but receive a bounce message from the recipient’s email server. It could happen when your domain or email server had a temporary downtime at some point in the past.

    For your email address (contact@st*), we received a hard bounce when sending to it on July 9th: bad destination system: no such domain,bad-domain

    So it seems like your domain had some DNS issues or has been unavailable on that day.

    I went ahead and removed it from the suppression list. Please change its status to Subscribed and test the delivery again.
