[Plugin: Members List Plugin] Configure fields not populating

Hello, thanks for the great plugin! I am coming up with a couple strange bugs. I am using wordpress 3.0.1 and version 3.2.1 of members list (and php 4.x, if that matters) and under the configure mark-up settings, no other fields are populating in the drop down menu. I also noticed that under settings, the “Number of viewable members at one time” drop down and “Sort the members list originally by” drop down are also not populating. When i had this running on my local server it worked perfectly but when i put it on the live site it came out like this.
I am also using wp-members to add extra meta data to user profiles but this worked great locally and the extra fields were able to be added no problem to members list.
If you or anyone could shed some light on this issue it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
