Chat GPT add-on not working

    I decided to test the GPT Chat add-on from the PostX plugin. I put in the API code and did everything the tutorial asked, but the reality is that the add-on never worked. Even if I ask a question or anything within spec, it always returns the same error.

    I made a video demonstrating the error, remembering that the API key that appears in it was changed for security reasons after the recording. But even with a new key created, the add-on continues to show the same error.

    What could be going on and how can this be fixed? Thank you for the answers to be given.
