    I wish to know how can customer can resend the verification mail to themselves. In my scenario customer always got an error “Invalid Credentials” but not any option for resending The Verification Email. Please help me to solve this because many customers are facing these issues and anyone contact us then we can resend verification link manually but, It is not feasible for all customers. So, please guide me to solve this for all of the unverified customers.

    Sorry for the late reply.

    If you block unregistered user from logging into your website then the resend verification link will be appeared on the front-end as a notise. Regarding the “invalid credentials”, does it appear when the user try to verify their account using the activation link? Please let us know.

    Our most of new customers are placing orders directly so verification email just sent then, customer again whenever try to login that error shows “Invalid Credentials” even after resetting the password which is the worst part for every customers. Not every customer will try to contact support team for this type of issue. So, It’ll convert into loss of customers due to this functionality. So, Please do something the needful.

    I am sorry to hear it. But I am not sure that our plugin is the root cause for this issue. So, could you kindly temporarily deactivate the Email verification plugin and run some tests and ss if the issue persists?

    It is related to your plugin only. The All That Customers are mostly unverified but not able to see the resend verification mail link whenever try to reset their password or try to re-login. Please solve this as soon as possible or get me revert back with proper resolution please.

    Please go to the “Advanced” section of the plugin and change the value of the “Authenticate filter” and see if the issue persists.

    However, if the issue continues to occur, then please let us know. We will try to resolve it.
