• Hi,

    This plugin is causing massive timeouts and critical errors. It is happening when a user has multiple items in the cart. There are 13 discount rules enabled (mostly “Buy X Get Y” and a few “Product Adjustments”).

    The site has 72 categories and 742 products.

    Woo Discount Rules 2.6.1
    Woo Discount Rules PRO 2.6.1

    One user triggering the errors has a cart with 76 different products (combined quantities is 645).

    Code commonly causing the timeouts is:
    \wp-content\plugins\woo-discount-rules\v2\App\Helpers\Filter.php
    Particularly the compareWithSku and compareWithCategories functions.

    Timeouts occur when the user logs in, and when trying to view the cart or a product category page. Testing locally, if I disable the Woo Discount Rules plugins, or disable all of the discount rules, then the timeouts stop.

    plugin generate a lot of sql queries. Try with query monitor and see queries
