Cannot remove dashbaord widgets from plugins

  • I have several plugins installed which have placed widgets on my dashboard. I have tried numerous snippets and they do not seem to be working. Is there anything else I could do before installing another plugin for this?

  • Of your dashboard page, look at the top-right hand corner for the ‘Screen Options’ button. That will drop down a list of available widgets and let you turn them on and off as you need.

    I am aware of the screen options, but this is also for others who edit as well. I would prefer to keep the dashboard uncluttered.
