Error: heuristic_analysis

    `Hello, I am encountering an issue with the malware scanner. When I try to use it, I receive the following error message:

    “Unexpected response from server. See console for details.
    Stage: heuristic_analysis.”

    I have attempted to deactivate and reactivate the scanner, but unfortunately, it does not resolve the problem.

    The issue stemmed from the heavy reliance on my API. I must admit, considering it’s a premium plugin, the support provided is quite subpar.

    Hello,

    Could you tell us more details about the issue? Were there any PHP errors in your web server PHP logs? You can ask your hosting support about this.

    It’s evident that you didn’t take the time to read either of the posts, as your response appears to be a generic bot reply. I’m unsure why I’m even bothering to explain the issue again, but here it is: The problem lies in your heavy reliance on WordPress’s built-in API witch I had turned off. It would be more helpful if you could generate a response that addresses the actual concerns raised but I am not holding hope on that one.
