Discography – Convert it to wordpress

  • Hi there.

    There are many of us who needs a discography plugin, the on that allready exsists is not compitable with the new version of wordpress and it was never that good.

    I have a script that is origionally for the CMS Stash, but if someone could convert it to wordpress we all would be very gratefull!

    There are these functions:
    – Add albums
    – Add album-image
    – Add tracks to album
    – Add buylink (would be awesome if we could add several links, and also if we could add song for song aswell for the whole album)
    – Upload MP3 (Make it downable and playable on the web)

    There are one bug:
    – The MP3’s added are not binded up the the track, so it won’t play it when you press play.

    I have tried several times to do this on my own, but i really don’t know how to do it ??

    If you think you know how to do this, give it a try. Most of the work is allready done! ??

    I also need this plugin, would be greate if someone made this. Do you know of any good ways to have a discography otherwise? like, as a “workaround”? ??

    Wierd how this plugin is not made -.- No, im sorry, i don’t know of any other ways to have a discography, have searched the internett for alternativs but without lucks. :/

    ok guys, I think this is definitely workable. The 1st quick attempt at making it a plugin threw quite a few errors, but they were useful to show what needs to be done.
    I am going on vacation until Wed. next week – after that I promise to get serious. :>)
    Maybe another week and it will be ready hopefully – remember I’m not a plugin coder, but not code illiterate, either – and this looks very useful.
