In future, please make new topic instead of bumping old ones (this one was created 5 months ago).

In terms of “Site restoration in progress” on front-end, please go to Themes and simply switch it to the correct one, this text is used as placeholder for existing theme to prevent conflicts with theme. That should resolve the issue.
