WPForm stop sending email to one email

    Hi.

    I’ve set the SMTP settings according to the link and it’s working well. But on certain day it stop sending email to only one email. I’ve tried to send email test to three different email and two of them receive the email test.

    How could I resolve this problem?

    Thanks for reaching out.

    When we’ve seen this issue before, the usual reason is that the email provider for the specific email address believes the email being sent from your website is suspicious/untrusted.

    To workaround this you can try connecting to a different SMTP server via the Other SMTP mailer or you can use a dedicated transactional email service like SendLayer (free trial) or Sendinblue/Brevo (free tier).

    There is also the possibility that you could reach out to the support team of the specific email provider to see if there is a particular reason why emails from your website (while connected to your current SMTP server) are being blocked.
