    Hi,

I am unable to update any pages within my CTP UI category “resources.” I get the error:

Updating failed. The response is not a valid JSON response

I do not get this error when updating regular pages. This is only happening with CPT UI pages. Any idea what’s going on?

    Thanks!

If you have a dev site, are you able to recreate the issue with just CPTUI active, and all other plugins deactivated? Especially any that are adding extra UI to the post editor screen.

Without actual context of the error, it’s impossible for me to speculate on exactly what’s going on with this, and CPTUI itself doesn’t do anything extra on save. Just whatever would happen with post types regardless of registration process.

Thanks so much for the quick response. I was able to find the issue. It had to do with the “quick download” widget I was adding to the pages. The widget’s fault, not yours!

Use your plugin on many sites, it’s a super offering. Thanks!

Glad you were able to track down the culprit.
