Addons simple don’t work

Thanks for using the Food Store plugin. If you are looking for an option where you can give an option where users have to select only one or multiple choices from a given category then you probably need an extension called essentials which you can purchase from here.

I just bought your plugin “essentials” but remains the problem. I have a simple addon “Burger sauses” with 2 oprions and i want the client to choose only one. How can this made? I have make an addon as a simple with 2 choices.

I made a ticket but i can’t see it because never came an email with the credential to login.
I have bought the extension essential and I am trying to have a minimum addition and a maximum addition in some addon but the mechanism is not working properly. The user, while I have set to have to select 1 product from the list , it is not working and the user can select all the options from the specific . I also put as an option through the admin to go to the cart when he presses the button below and it goes to the checkout instead of the cart. Finally, in the checkout or cart it shows all the options regardless of whether the user has selected them from each addon.

Your ticket link don work right. When you make a ticket never send an email with credentials so never login to ticket to see it.

We are really sorry for the inconvenience. We have already replied into your ticket from yesterday itself. From the screenshot what you had attached we can see that you have made both maximum and minimum selection as 1. So can you please make minimum selection into 1 and maximum selection into 3.
Let us know if that works for you.
