It seems you have renamed login page from WP Security > Bruteforce > Rename login page.

Woo commerce email do not have that renamed login page url instead wp-login.php Right ?

Can you please let me know the details of that email with https://pastebin.com/ ? so I can know what email ( subject + content) have that problem and we can solve it.

I can see that as admin you have received new order email and link seems to Edit order. /wp-admin/post.php?post={postid}&action=edit.

Here If you are already logged in to website in another tab that link will work and will go to the Order edit page. I just checked and works fine.

If you are not logged in and we make that /wp-admin/ link try access and redirect to renamed login page it will be a security issue. as the renamed login page will be exposed.

We can not change link direct in email as we can not know in email admin is logged in or not in another tab.
