    Hello

    In the email settings of the plugin, the email is given as [email protected] as the From and Reply To address

    Now I am curious how can the plugin get access to that email address if it has not been setup and connected anywhere? Nor it is the admin email.

    Hello @sreejan1508,

    The plugin does not get access to the email, cart abandonment plugin does not send emails directly, it depends on the SMTP plugin, and the reply to email shared with SMTP and set as the reply to email when your users try to reply to your email this address will be used.
