    Dear Support,

    I wanted to bring to your attention an issue that some of my customers have been experiencing on the checkout page of my website, darmiomoon.com. It seems that when customers proceed to the checkout page, the page constantly refreshes, preventing them from completing their purchase.

    Initially, when I tested the checkout page myself, everything appeared to be working fine. However, after receiving multiple complaints from customers regarding the same problem, I revisited the checkout page that had remained cached from my previous testing, and indeed, it refreshed continuously. I discovered that clearing the browsing history on my laptop resolved the issue, and the checkout page started functioning normally again.

    It seems that this issue occurs when customers choose to enter their saved information during the checkout process. I kindly request your assistance in investigating this matter further, as it is causing certain customers to be unable to complete their purchases on my website.

    Some customers are still having that problem when they come to checkout page.

    When I do over my phone or laptop everything is fine.

    I don’t know what to do…

    Any suggestion?
