    1. Navigate to WooCommerce and click on “Settings” in the dropdown menu.
    2. In the Settings page, go to the “Advanced” tab.
    3. Scroll down to the “Order handling” section.
    4. Here, you will find the “Delete Orders” option. By default, the value is set to 30 days, indicating that canceled orders will be deleted after 30 days in the trash.
    5. If you want to change the deletion period, modify the value in the “Delete Orders” field to your desired number of days. For example, setting it to 60 will retain canceled orders in the trash for 60 days before permanent deletion.
    6. If you prefer to disable the automatic deletion of canceled orders, uncheck the “Enable the scheduled order delete” option.

Remember to click the “Save changes” button at the bottom of the page to apply your modifications.

    Hi @pipoulito ,

    Thanks for reaching out!

is it possible that orders set as CANCELLED, disappears automatically ? thanks

It’s possible for cancelled orders to automatically be trashed if the settings for this have been applied.

Can you navigate to WooCommerce → Settings → Accounts & Privacy tab, and scroll down to the Personal data retention area.

Next, you can check if the Retain cancelled orders option has a value set:

If so, then this would explain the reason for cancelled orders being removed after a certain period. You can read more about this here:

    Hope this helps!
