    I love MailPoet & use it all of the time. Lately however, it is taking way too long to have new accounts reviewed & approved. Typically Devs do not put everything on hold for 24+ hours waiting for you to do this & get back to them. They just find another solution. Please try to improve this if you can.

    I’m sorry to hear it’s taking too long to approve your plan. We do our best to review all accounts as fast as possible, but in some cases, users do not get our replies and may still wonder why we haven’t reviewed it yet.

    Can you please let me know what’s the domain associated with your subscription, so I can check what happened?
