• The desktop version of website shows double header ( both header of mobile version and desktop version) . When I do some customisation it resolves for one or two days then again after two days it exists as earlier. Plz help to resolve this problem permanently..

    In most cases, it’s due to the cache. When you have the issue comes up, clearing the cache will fix it. If you keep having the issue, please try to reconfigure your cache plugin, so it won’t cause such an issue.

    At this moment, it looks fine. Refer to this screenshot, please.

    Sir one more thing , when I publish any article the first letter of all words are capital in full article , also primary menu settings will not open during customisation ..Kindly give solution to these..

    Sir as you suggested I deactivate and then active cache plugin abd problem resolved for two days and now again it looks the same …

    plz tell me hove to permanently resolve it

    When I publish any article the first letter of all words are capital in full article

    Please check the section seen in this screenshot.

    Primary menu settings will not open during customisation

    A screen capture video will help better to understand this.

    Still double header and font problem exists … I do reconfigure my cache plugin but not resolved yet…

    What cache plugin you are using? Also, please share a screenshot of the font setting you have. The same section as the screenshot I shared in my previous response.
