Custom Domain Email form wordpress.com for my www.remarpro.com account

    I received a email that says “We noticed that you’re connecting the (name of my website).org domain to your site, (name of my website)org.wordpress.com.” I did not change my domain name. Would I receive an Email form wordpress.com for my www.remarpro.com account?

    Trying to figure out if this a spam email or if I have been hacked.
