service fee ?

We’re going to start charging the service fee across all merchants on 20 July 2023.

We’ve decided that it’s necessary to sustain PeachPay, but please do let us know your thoughts.

I’m displeased. I am very low-volume and can’t justify paying monthly, but I certainly don’t want my customers seeing a “fee” tacked on when they check out. I would much prefer the option of paying the fee myself.

Hi @mishiok, we’ll discuss amongst our team and see if we can introduce the option of paying the fee yourself. I’ll keep you updated once we reach a decision.

@yogabasics and @mishiok, we’ve decided that we will give everyone the option to pay the fee themselves. This will allow you to decide which pricing model works best in your situation.

We’ll be rolling this out over the next few updates along with the fees themselves for anyone on the new pan we’re calling the “Basic” plan.

I look forward to the day when a monthly fee is no big deal, but my sales are mostly in person at this point and I can’t justify another monthly payment.
