    Bug 1: Despite we activate the payment method, it doesn’t get any visibility on our checkout.

    Bug 2: When it did (on the past), the order statuses are not updated as they move from Younited’s side, remaining on Processing on woocomerce side. If there’s any mapping that should be done, we dont have any info on it.

    Hello,

    a new version of the plugin is available (1.4.1).
    This will solve the bug N°1.

    For the 2nd bug, did you fill in the “Webhook Secret Production” field in the Settings tab ? This secret information is available from your backoffice of Younited Pay.

    If this information is filled in but it does not work.

    Can you create a ticket from the Support tab of the Younited Pay plugin from your site, please?
    This will give us additional information to troubleshoot the issue.

    In the version 1.4.1 the plugin dosen’t work, it continues activated in the backoffice. But, it not shows the calculator in the checkout. Can you debug in to the module and check if all is working well? Please.

    Hello,

    there is an incompatibility between the “Pay for Payment for WooCommerce” and “Younited Pay” plugins.

    If this “Pay for Payment for WooCommerce” plugin is disabled, the payment “Younited Pay” will appear in the checkout page.

    The project manager has been notified of this concern.

    We are waiting for a return from him for the moment.
