Troubleshooting Redirection Issue for Multilingual Website

My website has multiple language versions, including English and Chinese. I have installed a plugin that successfully redirects broken links to the final destination for the English version. However, the same plugin doesn’t seem to work for the Chinese page. I noticed that the Redirect From URL is stuck with english URL and I can’t change it. Could you please let me know the reason for this issue?

Creating redirects when WPML is active can be tricky as they change the siteurl and other variables when the page is loaded.
Try creating your redirects without the language prefix. For example for From write https://www.nblife.com.my/联系/ instead of https://www.nblife.com.my/zh-hans/联系/
Still cannot work, event i redirects without the language prefix. For example for From I write https://www.nblife.com.my/产品/nb-1-moisturizing-cleansing-milk/ instead of https://www.nblife.com.my/zh-hans/产品/nb-1-moisturizing-cleansing-milk/
