    are you having or using any other optimization plugins ? I can see something offloaded your static resources to a CDN

    please try disable other optm plugin and only use LSCWP , then purge all , let’s see if there is some conflict or not.

    I am not utilizing any optimization plugins apart from Jetpack and Litespeed.

    All the settings in Jetpack have been turned off.
    Moreover, I have deactivated Jetpack completely. It should not be held responsible for this issue.

    This problem is unique to the LiteSpeed plugin, as disabling it resolves the issue. Hence, there seems to be a problem with this particular plugin.

    Kindly provide some solutions.

    I don’t see any immediate cause

    please try go to toolbox -> export/import -> export your current setting , then reset to default , does that work ?
