Switching order from DESC to ASC and vice versa

    Simple question but I cannot find the answer. How do I switch the order of all blog postings from ASC to DESC and vice versa? I believe the app is installed correctly: Using the cPanel File manager, I see files and folders in /wp-content/post-types-order/ dated June 8, 2023, 10:56 AM when I installed the app. I look in Settings for Post Types Order and expected to see something like a selector for ASC vs DESC. I see an Auto Sort paragraph, but it doesn’t tell me how to reverse the order from the current setting. The Admin Sort checkbox is checked, and I am the administrator. I don’t want to, nor think I need to, use code for such a simple and obvious feature. In other words, I don’t think I need to use ‘orderby’ => ‘menu_order’. (And I don’t know what menu_order means in this context). I don’t think ASC/DESC sorts are “custom” directives. I must be missing something so obvious I’m overlooking it. Your response is valuable and appreciated.

    Hi,
    The Ascending / Descending order of a list is controlled through the wp_query arguments ( check your theme ). The plugin will not change that for you as there is a reason for why it reverse it on specific areas.
