    Hello,

I have an issue with logging for an admin user with showing 502 error page whenever I try logging with the user name.

When we login with a different admin it is all ok, but if we try logging in with the profile crnjanski, whether it is from a different computer, tablet, or mobile, it shows the 502 error page. Also, we have tried with different IPs and every time it is all the same.

What can be the issue and how to resolve it?

    Kind regards

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hi @aleks381, thanks for your message.

Wordfence shouldn’t be causing a 502 Bad Gateway error, but as you’ve not been relying on one browser cache for your tests I’m not entirely sure why only one user would be causing them.

It may certainly be worth mentioning this to your host or server administrator in case anything about that user is causing server errors, or infinite redirects that I know can sometimes result in 502s. They’ll be able to check the logs, or you could do this yourself if you have access.

In the mean time, does this behavior still happen when Wordfence is disabled? If it does, try disabling your other plugins and reverting to a default theme such as Twenty Twenty-Three. If the user can get in, try reenabling your theme and plugins one-by-one to see when the 502s return.

    Thanks,
    Peter.
