Split multisite

Hi,
I have a domain called perdiendoelrumbo.com/en, which includes a subfolder for the English blog (perdiendoelrumbo.com/en). It’s currently set up as a multisite. I would like to have two separate WordPress dashboards. Is there a way to achieve this? I apologize if this sounds like a basic question, but would changing the option from true to false in define(‘MULTISITE’, true); resolve it?
