@jcilminfo @paulparauan I need specifics on what is the fatal to be able to help. Before updating please deactivate any Extensions that are related to The Events Calendar, can throw errors in the latest version, they are incompatible and our team is working to update them.

@fabricelaborie we do not support version 8.1+ fully yet we are in beta please use PHP 8 for now. You also need to provide a little more details about what fatal you are facing.

@solmediapl the bug you are facing is due to the version of your Events Happening Now extension, please deactivate it and any other extensions you might have.

@bordoni today morning I updated events calendar from 6.1.1 to 6.1.2, after updating the screen went full white and I got this error: There has been a critical error on your website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions. I could not access the admin panel of the website, now it has been restored by deactivating through FTP and activated manually 1 by 1.

Now there are lot of events scheduled where people need to register, I can see another version 6.1.2.1.

Now if I update the above version will I get the same error, I deactivated all the plugins releated to calendar.

    Please Help

Same here. Version 6.1.2.1. I renamed the plugin folder via FTP to make it deactivate. The moment I activate the plugin it breaks access to the backend of our website. The front end stays accessible.

Thank you for you patience, our team just launched a version that should address most if not all of the problems.

Before reporting anything back, please ensure that:

    • You have manually updated to Version 2.9.18 of Pods.
    • You are on the latest version of Event Tickets (5.6.1.2) and The Events Calendar (6.1.2.2)
    • Specifically updated the Virtual Events manually to (1.5.1)
    • All of the other premium add-ons are properly updated.
