Auto Insert Attached Photo To Post

Hi,

I was looking for a way to auto insert photos that are already attached to a particular post. I have created a form that allows my viewers to submit a title, description, tags & a photograph, but as it currently stands, everything automatically shows up by itself with the exception of the photo. I notice that each post only has the associated photo in it’s gallery, i’m just looking for a way to have it automatically insert itself into the post so that all i’d have to do is publish it. Any method to accomplish this, including plugins, would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
