How to add some text between price and describtion in add product form?

Thank you for your answer. in my situation, unfortunately, the dokan-lite/templates/products/tmpl-add-product-popup.php file is not responsible for the form. What other file can be responsible for the appearance of the form?

This seems that you have disabled the add new product popup. In this case, you can find the relevant codes from the below-mentioned file path:
