Random Number Showing Below the Form

It is caused by cache plugin

I only user the WP-Rocket plugin for caching & I have cleared it’s cache twice already. Anything else I could look at?

You use the Spam protection, AntiSpam, FireWall by CleanTalk plugin, which gives you extra numbers at the bottom of the form.
You try disabling it – did that solve your problem?

You’re super correct. Disabling CleanTalk plugin removed the random numbers. Any ideas how to keep CleanTalk & still not have these numbers?
