Unable to verify and email waiting too long

    Hello, I created an alt and create an account but when I verify the email address multiple times it said unable to verify or failed to verify. Even tho it’s new link but still not working. I asked support last time it tells me to change the settings and I don’t know which settings I’ve to change.
